ABOUT
Dorry studied at The Yehudi Menuhin School and the Royal Academy of Music.
She is a multi-instrumentalist composer who specialises in recording strings (Violin/Viola/Cello).
Her compositions have been used on the TV show Britain's Got Talent and for the documentary 'A Very British Appeal' (ITV) about the Disasters Emergency Committee. She has composition credits for the TV series 'Passenger' (ITV, ITVX and Britbox), and for ITV America's 'The Boston Strangler'.
Other clients have included Sony, BMW (music for the award winning 'Drive To Succeed' series), Spotify original podcasts, Tough Mudder and Tearfund.
Since 2019 Dorry has been composing for multi-award winning podcast company, Noiser , which has a monthly listenership of over 13 million and has been acquired by BBC Sounds.
As well as writing and recording her own music, Dorry records strings for singer-songwriters and other composers writing for radio, TV and film including Keaton Henson . Katie Chatburn and Lifford Shillingford
